Mr. A Rangaprasad is a visionary with an unwavering dedication to education and societal empowerment. He is a BSc Mathematics Graduate with a Professional Cost Accountant (CMA) Certification. He worked as a Financial Advisor in several institutions and firms, some of which were NGOs, where he gained experience and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by society. When he was trying to establish the Wellbeing Foundation India, a coincidence happened. There was a close friend of his who hailed from a remote place in Thiruvannamalai District. As he was born and raised in a rural area, he had to travel a lot from his place to Thiruvannamalai town to get a basic education as there was a lack of quality education in the rural areas. Still, the same situation prevails in most of the rural areas in this state. Most of the people who want quality education for their wards are migrating to the nearest towns leaving behind their primary livelihood. This is the only reason for the development of study centers in various rural places, especially in hamlets in and around Thiruvannamalai District. which aims to address these challenges through education and empowerment, with a focus on promoting social welfare and creating a more equitable society.
His remarkable commitment to creating a better future for all has significantly transformed numerous lives.
As the founder of Wellbeing Foundation India, Mr. Rangaprasad has played a pivotal role in advancing social development in remote areas of Tiruvannamalai district with the strong support of Co-Trustees and he has launched several programs aimed at promoting education and empowering individuals.
He is a resident of Chennai hailing from the Kancheepuram District.

- Kingpin in the Development of 13 coaching centers for students in Pudupalayam block
- Organized training camps with the support of the Government of Tamilnadu on weaving mats and baskets using bamboo.
- Conducted programs on the development of agricultural land and construction of water sheds at 12 villages through the Participatory Rural Appraisal Scheme.
- Participated in Wasteland development in 132 villages.
- Involved in the plantation of saplings in more than 100 villages.
- Organized health awareness camps with the support of Primary Health Clinics.

The success of this organization is significantly attributed to his diligent work and steadfast dedication. As such, he plays an essential role in ensuring the financial stability of the organization.
He started his career as a Marketing Manager in a commercial organization and later he joined an NGO and started working as an Accounts Manager. He used to visit various projects funded by the NGO. He gained extensive knowledge on the management of the fundraising team thereby raising funds from corporates and from the public to help the needy. He is rendering honorary service to this organization and managing the mobilization of funds through CSR and Public Fund Raising activities.
With his fullest dedication and hard work we are able to maintain five study centers through this organization.
